It's always giftable, but you need to be friends for 30 with the person you want to gift it to

i have unbundled it and it does nt have the option to gift it . Although huskar from collector 1 cache has this option. So i assumed i might w8 some days

Please guys , if someone knows he can answer , throwing random things is not helping.
I have unbundled huskar from last cache and still it has the option to gift it , but a set from new cache it doesn't . Why i cant gift an item from cache 2 , while i can from 1 ?

gifting after unbundling wasn't supposed to be a thing. im sure they will fix that. cache items have always been like that every previous year. giftable in bundle but not separately. i think cache 1 is just a bug
