how to get terrains or different climate in dota?
If possible link a link here about a guide.

Dota + will give you Seasonal Terrain, it will change every season (Summer/Fall/Winther/Spring )
BattlePass Terrain you get at level 160, so you would have to level up or buy battlepass levels to get it ! and it is called Overgrown Empire. Google/youtube them

In the case of climate / weather if i am not mistaken. There is a series of weather you could not be bought but can be traded.

How to get terrain?
1/Buying TI battle pass and unlock it.Including this year TI battle pass it already 5 terrain.So,you already miss 4 previous terrain.If you unlock the terrain in BP it will be forever in your inventory.

2/Buying Dota +.You will get seasonal terrain based on 4 season.But if your dota + subscription end the terrain also end.

3/Buying the terrain in community market.There are only 1 terrain that you can buy from market which is monkey king terrain.

How to get weather?
-Find someone you trust and trade with them.
