Cant gift my item to friend

Like title says, my gifting list to friend now being empty, what happen
Can someone help me

Are you friends recently added? If they are they have a month cooldown before you can gift them.
That, or maybe their autheticator is not activated.

Already being friend more than a years, not only one friend but all my friend list to gift were gone

Must've been a bug on the server's end. Probably need to wait for a bit.

I hope so coz i just recieve his gift but i cant gift back to him, it really burden me

Goes without saying as I'm sure not your issue -- but some new items have a year wait on them before they are tradeable/sellable/etc

When you try to send a gift , there will be option below to see more friends , there the reason will be stated why you can't gift an item to the particular person

I try to other item its have same issue as well, the problem not with the item i think but the gifting system,i cant gift to any friend coz the list were none of my friend on it

Thats the problem there is none of them on list, and when i see restriction option the system say i can gift to all my friend, but there is nobody i can gift it just an empty box
