aegis collectible ( address issue)

hi, this is my first time reaching 1k for the collectible aegis. i was directed to the CMD and i need to register my address, email, and phone. i don't have problem with registering my email and phone, but when it comes to address it always shows " Multiple Match: The address was matched to multiple records. There is not enough information available in the address to break the tie between multiple records."

anyone knows the issue or how to solve this? maybe can any of you show some example on how to fill those box? it's a little bit confusing for me since i live in a house and i don't know how to fill the " suite/apartment number " box

Address issues can’t be addressed here. That’s personal information that can only be reviewed on a case by case basis. It’s best to just contact their support team and work it out with them as well as your postal system.

I got the same problem and just recently solved it as follows:
- my current address format is like this: "Road XXX XXXX Number:## Block:X#"

I just put the number in front of the Road so I just put it like this "Number:## Block: X# Road XXX XXXX". and then the notification of wrong address does not pop up anymore and the next page will confirm your address with this format instead "Road XXX XXXX Number:## Block:X#".

Hope it helps. I was kinda frustrated too at first.
