level 2 Boots of travel: goes to tp slot
as the title suggests, the leveled up Boots of travel will be instantly transfered to the tp slot to create another space in the item slots just like the aghanim's buff update, the bonus movement speed will be left intact no changes... apart from where slot it goes.

Why? You can put them in backpack but must lose speed.

then boots should have separated slot xD, why not just consume all items :D

That would actually be a nerf IMO, you couldn't use a scroll then BoT back to the frontline that way.
