Treasure Escalating Odds/Chances

I did an experiment with the recent Trove Carafe 2019 Treasure and was able to get the Ultra Rare (MK Set) on my 32nd treasure (all direct purchase, no recycle).

Thereafter, I sold it at the market and purchase Trove Treasures again until I was able to get another MK set. By this time, I did some recycling and I was able to get the mk set on my 48th treasure, started again from 1 btw (I topped up again on Steam Wallet to reach this). Then I sold it again at the market.

Then for the last time, I purchased and recycled again until I get the MK set. And guess what?? I was able to get my 3rd MK Set on my 61st treasure.

All in all, I opened 141 treasures and was able to get MK Ultra Rare sets at 32nd, 93rd, and 141st treasures.

I just tried to experiment this for the first time, but I would like to ask the community if you also experience the same?

It seems that the escalating odds is not completely random and only gives better chances early on. That’s just my conclusion.

Btw, i was able to get 11 techies rare, 9 tusk very rare, and 8 cm very rare.

I’m not sure if it will offset my cost when the items becomes tradeable tomorrow. Lol

Any thoughts?

Yep. I understand that. But I watched some treasure openings online and was able to watch people getting the MK set at 20th-40th treasure. However, In my last set of treasures, I get the MK set at 61st! It’s almost double from my first opening set (32nd) and completely more than the usual compared to the online videos of people getting the MK Set. Lol
