1920x1080 (144 hz) Borderless Window stoped working

Cant play on my native monitor resolution using borderless window mode, there appear to be 2 white dots on the left and right top corners of the screen if i click on them or close to them game stops working or just does not respond, also when i try just windowed diplay mode max size is 1600x900 (144 hz)
Yesterday everything was fine

its from windows i guess they don't show in screenshots 2 white dots

kindly change from 16:9 to 16:10 and see if the option is available.

i have exactly same problem! there are two small "L" shaped white signs on top corners of the screen and it automatically switches to desktop (like using alt+tab) when the curosr is on those signs!

just change the display mode to "exclusive fullscreen".

Use BigPicture Mode, but it's problem from Steam I think.

actually the dots occurs is due to this

1) windows OS max monitor refresh rate is 60.

in other words, those dots appears is due to "screen tearing" and nothing else.

my screen and windows refresh rate is 144hz but there is no borderless 144hz option in video setting :( there is only 60hz borderless option
