Spring Weather Effect

I wanna post a complaint to Valve community bout this "Spring Weather Effect" that till now it's not yet working properly. The BP season was already over and there were already new updates including bug fixes were done these past few days, but this so simple bug that occurred since BP was released a months ago is still not FIXED. I heard from some players that I can post a complaint on Reddit bout this but my problem is I don't know how to, so can someone please teach me here. This just pisses me off since Spring is one of the best weathers in DOTA 2 and it's just a waste to leave it like that. ANYONE OR ADMIN FROM VALVE!!! I REALLY REALLY DO NEED AN ANSWER RIGHT NOW WHEN YOU WILL FIX THIS DAMN ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SIMPLE BUG! I know I'm kinda having a bad temper here right now but come on it's not just me but there are also some other players who have been waiting and waiting for you VALVE to fix this SIMPLE BUG PROBLEM.

And until now the bug is still not been fixed yet despite of this lots of updates happening right now. I'm starting to lose hope that Valve would take some action for this problem.

Yup, Valve is good when it comes to adjusting the game and new updates, but when it comes to fixing stuff like this one, they sucks.
