Something similar to DEMO HERO but more than one hero

Hi

I see with many teaching videos where they place any number of heroes on the map and show or test their abilities such as here:

Where do they accomplish this?
Any custom arcade game to download?

Go into a custom game alone and pick your hero then use the command "-createhero hero_name " in the chat to create an character at your mouse location. Adding the word "enemy" to the end of it will create an enemy version you can attack. For example if you want to spawn wraith king you type:

-createhero skeleton_king
OR
-createhero skeleton_king enemy

For axe it would be:
-createhero axe
OR
-createhero axe enemy

Use the underscore only if the hero has multiple parts to their name. You can find the spawn names and more commands here: https://dota2.gamepedia.com/Cheats

Please excuse my ignorance. But i followed exactly the same as above link and I've been trying to do so in practice with bots, custom arcade games and create lobby with Enable cheats on

But it doesn't seem to want to work. Here are results.


sv_cheats 1
[Console] Can't change replicated ConVar sv_cheats from console of client, only server operator can change its value

-lvlup 1
[Console] Unknown command or convar '-lvlup'!

Please what am i missing?
