I dunno if the Nvidia is broken or updated automaticaly, but i think the problem is Nvidia. I tried uninstal Nvidia previously and my laptop is using standard VGA card (It says), and i can run DOTA 2. But it seems very lagging like hell. But still can run DOTA 2. Im using Nvidia 630 GT 630 (recommended by Dell)

are you stupid or really an idiot huh?????
did you ever check the system requirements to play dota 2 at all or for any steam games in the steam store page????
from this post of yours, it clearly shows you never at all, not even once.
in the steam store page for dota 2 and other steam games, you need steamOS to be installed on your Linux in order to play steam games.
here is the screenshot as the concrete evidence.

i have a few to some questions
1) when you buy your computer, does it already come with Nvidia Geforce graphics card driver????
2) what windows OS you using????
3) did you upgrade your windows OS to windows 10????
if my guess is correct, there are several things that causes the problem
i) whatever running in the background besides steam and dota 2 is causing the problem.
for this one, kindly open task manager to check if the programs you exit/closed are fully closed.
ii) the nvidia geforce graphics card that dell recommend you to install most likely isn't compatible on your computer if it isn't installed when you buy the computer.
iii) there are programs that are not compatible with windows 10 if you upgrade from windows 7, 8 and 8.1 to windows 10. (this is 100% true)
iv) you never install all those windows update that comes out.
