Report a translation problem
1) Press windows + R and type ncpa.cpl, click ok (or simply go to control panel > network and internet > network sharing center > change adapter settings)
2) Right click on your current interface (Ethernet or WIFI) and click on properties.
3) Click on Configure
4) Go to the advanced tab
5) Select Interrupt Moderation and change value to disabled in the drop down
6) Click Ok
Check your ping...
Just in case ur ping is high over all disable the following services:
1) Windows + R
2) Type services.msc, click ok
3) Stop nad disable the following
Windows Update
Background Intelligent Transfer Service
Just In case your game gets laggy as ♥♥♥♥ after two games of dota disable Superfetch and Windows Search service as well.
