ALT + any key double tap for item selfcast / quickcast not working ?

Before this 7.00 update i always use Alt +Q,W,E,A,S,D for my item hotkeys.
It always works untill the lastest updates,now i can't selfcast items like tp, eul, force staff, etc by holding alt and pressing Q twice.
anyone have the same problem like me ?

i tried to turn on and off the smart double tap, and i also make sure the double tap ability to self-cast is on too yet it's still not working

Double Tapping makes you self cast when on quickcast? I've been trying to do that for months.

another cancer thing added from this update. saw before on a few posts not sure if they ment to remove them or not but its removed

i've fixed it for you.

but i think you can do self cast if you combine the quick cast keys with the alt from smart double tap option ? as long as your quick cast key not using alt for now since its broken..
example Z on quick cast slot 1, turn on your smart double tap, then press alt+z = selfcast ?

Well you need to adapt. Same goes for EE, I think his item hotkeys is the same as yours.

having item hotkeys far from ability hotkeys will be a big problem when you're going to do combo between items and skills in short time. you'll need to do a lot pressing on 2-3 items and 2-3 skills like when you're playing tinker ie: blink etheral dagon laser rocket, ulti and cycle.

i don't think my left hand fingers can move that fast by pressing Z,X,C or 1,2,3 if my ability hotkey is default QWER. not to mention the chance for being error like wrong pressing or being slipped..

and i just realized that double tap on ability won't let me to self cast either..
like omni's heal and repel.

i just found out the problem and it's ridiculous. it seems that the double tap cast self timeout is set to 0.10 and causing it to not working.. i've increased the value and now it's working again

it is on options > advanced options > miscellaneous
