Why does rubick have two empty slots but only one is used when he steals an ability while the other is never used/used to take space.

For spells like morh stats, he gets both morph strengh and morp agility at the same time so it uses both slots.

because some spells have 2 slots. Techies remote mines, ember ult, etc.

no. there is a reason why my favorite character never lasted more than 1 version, all 4 of his skills were steal spells, based on the level of the skill he stole the spells and had limited (3 uses each except ult which was 1 use all at random from any player in game including ally)

the hero was incredibly incredibly strong, because the cooldowns on the steal spell still counted down, so you could ult twice in a row and remember, only steals actives, so you're guaranteed another usable ult, you had scepter? you were GOD.this dude only lasted one version, 5.84c I wanna say
