Low priority even though I didn't abandon

Today I found a game and some guy immediately left/ disconnected during the pick/ban phase. I was on dire team so it showed that Radiant automatically won and my game was considered as abandoned although I did not intentionally abandon. Then I just found another game. A few hours later.....I'm suddenly in low priority wtf. Valve send hellpppp!!

based on your dota 2 matches record here on dotabuff, it is clearly shown you didn't end up in LPQ due to abandoning any matches.

especially since you never abandon any.

from what i can tell, you ended up in LPQ is due to

1) getting reported X number of times over Y number of dota 2 matches.

enjoy your LPQ as well as your matchmaking ban which becomes active right after you finishes all your LPQ matches.

You'll stay in Low priority until you win a set amount of games in single draft mode (between 1-5 wins) Also there are no "admins" with the power to change anything related to LP, the system is fully automated.

I'm not 100% sure what ban you are referring to, you can get a matchmaking ban if you are reported into low priority on a regular basis, preventing you from playing ranked for a few hours up to 4 days iirc.
If you mean the low priority punishment itself then that isn't going anywhere, it will stay until you win your games.

If this is your fist time in LP, you probably only need to win one game in Single Draft mode. Since you didn't abandon, as mentioned already, you are in LP because you were reported a lot.

In any case, winning just one game of Single Draft isn't anything really big, but beware because the number of games you need to win to leave LP increases each time you get there. So it's 1 game now, but next time it will be 2, then 3... 5 is the max btw.

This event and your LPQ punishment likely have nothing to do with one another.
