Can't invite my friends to a party
Why does this keep happening?

Are they new to Steam? They might need to buy something from Steam or Dota market before adding friends. I think it's a requirement to use the Friends feature.

Figured it out, apparently for some reason, Dota put my friend on Ignore user, and his pc did the same to me, We didn't do this. Random bug apparently for both of us
