Bug/possible unintended behavior with Quickcast and Learn Ability Mode

When using a hotkey to enter learn ability mode with quickcast (cast on release specifically) turned on, the ability learned attempts to cast on key release, which is a serious issue with area cast abilities, and sometimes other abilities, depending on mouse position. for example, entering learn ability mode and leveling up ravage on tidehunter would cast ravage immediately afterwards. If anyone ha a fix for this, that would be much appreciated.

pretty sure you use ctrl to level skills and alt to quick cast

you can but that doesn't allow me to use cast on release quick cast as well as level up mode though, my key setup doesn't work well with using ctrl to level up skills

sounds like you might have to compromise somehow, though im not familiar with that sort of problem.

i'm mostly hoping the devs see this so they can patch it if there isnt a workaround

it's fine with quickcast on ability down, but that makes it harder to cast accuractely
