Because the truth of the matter is if they didn't keep re-balancing things, buffing some and nerfing others the game would get stale and people would leave. A perfectly-balanced game is a stagnant game and one that will eventually grow old to even the most diehard players, they actually want constant imbalance because imbalance necessitates change and change keeps the game interesting.

Well remember the new MKB is cheaper and the pure damage will ignore BKB (and armor). According to Purge MKB didn't compare well to Daedalus before either.

Because frankly MKB was unfair to characters with evasion since it was rendering their evasion non existant.
This way its fair to both sides.

att speed has been proven to yield more dps, it's what you address first in an offensive build before you heap on damage. The pure dmg with 75% proc averages out to be around 45 damage per hit, compared to old MKB it outputs about the same dps but it is cheaper. It's actually a pretty good item for the price.

the old one is way better and it's so cheap for item that kind cuz first of all when u play with pa if she have the demon edge her crit will go over the roff sec with mkb her first skil also have a mini bash skill plus now it doesn't have the mini bash skill not the damge he had beforre even if the he have now a 60 pure damge bouns it still not the same plus u have to have some kind of item that can damge thro the hero who have high miss ike pa she have about 50% miss on here BB no matter how hard u hit him from the back he get really stronge some one like riki have to have a bkb in some point nt only agins some one like pa or bb but for more like anti or wind runner so the new one really sucks the old one way better and if i play with pa the old complet i get it in like 16 mint with other thing 2 so the old one really was so cheap to me u just don't know how to farm looks like it
