Tiny zero agility? Who thought it would be a good idea?

if it is really that underpowered, he will get a buff in less than a week, if not, your complaints will be meaningless,
just because it has no agility gain anymore doesn't mean he is weak now, specially if you consider the "new" status resistance mechanics
