I think this is gonna lead mostly to hilarious youtube videos, like MK's transformation, more than actual game-changing plays.

Wouldn't that give pudge an unfair advantage in timing? Like he can walk up close to a rune and get it, refilll bottle in less time and get more time in lane plus when the river runes appear the other mid will have no chance of getting it if both coincide in the same rune. Oh well, it is what it is

Pudge massively sucks mid though.
