How to use Earth Spirit in a proper way?

He's my favorite hero, with so many mobility that can be used during when a teamfight occur. But i can't use him 'in a proper way'. Can someone help me? I do not expect for trolls but just came here to learn.

First thing you should do is read the skills carefully in the gamepedia (there are more details to the skills there) and think about what you can do and which one to level first (it's usually the damage, but depends). Watch videos on professional players playing earth spirit, and try to repeat their movements. The first thing i did with es was learning to land his abilities on enemies at max range. Then i learn how to use it in a team fight and now im just trying to learn some style points.

Also you should learn his combos, lots of people underestimate a good es

Roam with him and try to hit lots of people with his skills, that's why i suggest getting a blink dagger on him so he can jump and position his stun and silence to hit as many heroes as possible.

Early lane combo.use the roll skill to a small bit behind enemy and boulder smash them to your tower.also you can cliff enemy with boulder smash do try practise with the ranges :)

Got a 4 second silence that is aoe
Got a 2 second stun that is also aoe
It's all in the way you play him though.

He has one of the best stuns and silences in the game.nit to mention to use them you have to move remnants which in turn sync with his rolling skill and his ulti.

I also hate this hero. My reasosn are that no matter how much i practice, I just cant land anything in a fight.

It helpd me alot to realize that when smashin u dont have to line urself, boulder and target, that it kicks anyways to direction u point it even if u would be standin on top of the rock. Also, it spawns a rock if u doubleclick whatever ur hotkey for rock is.

Thank you sir, I been placing myself to aim for so long. I guess I got good enough at just winging it with positioning myself.
