Boosters are a big problem of mmr games.
For a skilled players it's easy to pick some op hero that just needs their straight hands and win 99% of matches. I think Valve knows about this situation. How come they are not doing anything to stop it?

It's easy to track stuff like this. If you've started to win 14/15 games every day, playing the same hero over and over again, and your Steam Account logined on a different PC -- you're probably a booster. And if you're acknowledge as booster, every victory gives you far less points than the other.

I mean, if Valve thinks that MMR really shows my skill, it means I can't get my hands straight in one day. I can slowly evolve to a better player and so my mmr will. And if my MMR gets bigger at 500 pts everyday, why's that's not suspicious? Why nobody's fixing it?

And then what? So your MMR gets boosted from 2k to 9k, will you then get the skills of a 9k player or will your next matches just quickly get you back to 2k?

Whats the point really? If you have a 6k account but you have 2k skill level, whats the point?

Im just so confused about this MMR obsession people have. And yeah, I was just voicing out what I was thinking, not really directed to your OP.

I wrote that boosters are a big problem. Nobody in 2k wants to play against booster. Playing with him gives you nothing but a +25 you don't deserve. When his boosting time is over, no one in 4-6k wants to play with or against the guy with boosted account. Boosters are the reason mmr sucks so much on any level.

People are weird that way. Ive no idea why they'd spend so much money for a high MMR account when they couldnt even make use of it.

Whatever system you could come up with will still be easily exploited by account boosters unless you made it so restrictive that it would punish perfectly legit players who had worked to improve or found a hero they really like playing or moved to another country. In relation to your suggestion that would do nothing but force mmr boosters to loose 2/15 games and spam 2 different heroes.

Now I am not saying that they are not a problem but it is a far more difficult problem to fix than you seem to think it is.

Yeah, you're right. But you need to do at least something to just start moving in that direction, and maybe someday...
Doing nothing and ignoring the problem is not a solution in this case.

Boosted account are the coin other's side of smurfs, both kind of accounts fake a certain skill level. Both aspects have to be covered balanced in a countermeasure.

I don't care. Valve can't (and should not) solve the problems created by the stupidity of the people.
If a guy wants to pay to somebody else to play a videogame, let's him do it.

You can just report them, also if they arent meant to be playing at a certain skill level they will drop out of it

They will drop out and will drag their teams with'em. It's not okay.

You have that back to front. account buyers will actually increase your mmr over the long run as the enemy team has 5 chances of account buyers while yours only has 4. Giving whatever team you are on a significant advantage in the long term. Same applies to griefers, flamers, trolls, drunk people and idiots.

If the inventor of a, lets say, car, could just fix what's not right with it -- a millions of people wouldn't die in a car crashes all around the world. If you're not getting the point of what I've just said -- I will explain it to you. When you create something "for the World" to use -- you're carrying the whole responsibility of what it gives or gives not to the world. If you wrote a book, let's say, "50 Shades of Grey" and my or someones gf read it, and since that moment a good person become a ♥♥♥♥♥ that is impossible to be with -- it's your responsability.
If you're creating something that is not working properly -- you either fix it or you burn it.
