I'll give it another try. But yes, I re-installed about a week ago, and I noticed it happening a day or so after. Still pending on steam support to finish jerking each other off under the table.
ALSO this issue doesn't happen with mods. 100% connection rate for custom mods
I am sorry to hear that you are being penalized for a connection issue. The problem here is that we have penalties for users who fail to accept matches. We wish we could treat connectivity issues differently than deliberate match fixing, but the result of that would be players wishing to abuse the matchmaking system would simply feign disconnection.
With that said, we can attempt to investigate your issue if we have a bit more information. Steam Support has a limited ability to assist with resolving connection issues, but there are a few things you can do to help us better understand the issue. We might be able to point you in the right direction, and collecting this information helps narrow down the issue so our developers get a better understanding of what might be going wrong.
Please attach a console log capturing this behavior.
Add "-condebug" to your Dota launch options. To do this, right-click Dota 2 from your Library, click Properties.
Under the General tab, click "Set Launch Options...". Type: -condebug
Now launch Dota and, when you're able to, queue for a game as normal to try and reproduce the issue. Find the console log and send it in reply to this ticket. The console log will be found in the steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota folder. Depending on your region, you may need to step one directory further (\ru or \cn).
Remove -condebug from your launch options when you are done, as leaving it could decrease game performance
At what point during matchmaking are you disconnected?
How often does the problem happen? If not 100% of the time, is there any pattern to when it happens?
Does it happen in a private lobby at the same rate as it happens in normal matchmaking? You can test this issue in private lobbies without any penalties on a disconnect.
Do you see any warnings or error messages when you experience the issue?
Are you able to test on a different computer?
Are you able to test the issue on a different account within your network, as well as testing on your account from a different network? The more info you can provide the better.
Also, I would suggest you follow our basic and advanced troubleshooting guides to fix any possible local issue you may be experiencing.

That's the same copy and paste BS they sent me too. It didn't work. My issue and many other peoples issues was because of US WEST Server. Maybe they will have fixed it by now.
So you mean it will work fine in US EAST Server?
Yes! It works fine on US East. I haven't had an issue at all for 2 days. Fingers crossed. I play a lot too
Thanks for the info.
