How to mute everyone? I'll tell you how.

Since the 7.00 update, the checkbox option to Mute All Chat disappeared. You can still mute players ingame, but it won't stop them from PING spamming toy, though.

3 reports and 2 commends is still bad. I don't mute anybody and my typical summary report is 0 reports and 5 commends. Good behaviour and positive attitude is the KEY!

I haven't had a single report on my summary since 7.0. It's either bugged or I haven't been reported. I have even raged a few times with no reports after.

Anyway, if you are in the 2-3k mmr trench, you would know you lose/win most games because of flame, not because of draft, not because how ppl play, but just because some person on either team did not agree with a item choice of his teammate.

You thinking how does this change the outcome of the game ? - Simple !


Player who does not agree starts name calling, the player with the item in question loses focus, gets tilted, etc, and suddenly not only does he have 1 bad item, he now also plays worse.


THIS is how 2-3k mmr games go... usually... Every game i win i hear "report player X, he build item Y", every game i lose the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing..

Muting EVERYONE ensures YOU dont get tilted, YOU dont lose focus because someone else does not agree with a item choice or what ever toxic ♥♥♥♥ ppl complain about.

Dota has become such a drama club that muting everyone, atleast in the 2-3k mmr trench, is very very wise.

muting everyone isnt enough i think just come and see how a support will ruin the game just because he died 1 time what is really normal in supports then he start flaming ruinery things blocking camps international feeding i wish i could stop playing this game its trash cuz it have too may of these trash selfish players but what can we do we all think next match will be better maybe but its ofc will not be and the worst part is when i rep them on both steam and dota i see them in the next 2/3 match while they are ruining again

i also muted everyone why? because im tired of pointing out dumb mistakes of others, now it dont feel like they are real humans anymore, only bots, like it should always been, because sensible humans don't play this way, just to constantly throw a games like completely mindless drones and waste my 30 min time, now i don't really care that much. you play like idiot? ok is your problem, you lose then i don't care, anymore to point it out because is pointless and people anyway ignore it, so i ignored them all.
