WTF with this perfect world servers thing?! how to delete it and restore the missing servers

need help guys today when I'm about to play my servers option changed idk is this an additional feature or no but I realise some servers (EU and US) are missing, how to restore them and disable this perfect world chinese sucks servers ?

open steam, go to game library, rightclick dota2, select the additional options,remove the "-perfectworld" in your launch options.

yeah but I only get this thing now and there is no meantioning about how to restore missing servers on ur link

the missing servers are back after the update, the chinese servers are still there but at least I can play on EU/america servers again
