Corrupt Download File

Issue :
Yesterday I was updating my Dota 2 game from my friend's PC using my own Internal Harddisk and after finished, today i went to open my steam in My PC but when i want to play it says "Install". so i went searching what to do, and i found it. i just Press Install under the same directory and steam will search for my dota files in "steamapps" folder and it goes well. the 7,8GB download pop up and it just go to 7,0GB. so i downloaded the rest 800MB using portable modem. well it takes a longer until 100%.
Problem :
And here is when the problem come. after finished download and verified. i still can't play the game, it says "corrupt download file" (STEAM/steamapps/downloading/570/game/bin/win32/panorama.dll). at that time i was so confuse what's going on so i tried to search again how to fix that so here are list of things that i had been done until now :
1. Delete appmanifest_570.acf
2. Verify game cache
3. Change Download Region
4. Restart Steam
5. Delete "Panorama.dll" (the next corrupt file was "valve_russian.txt" and so on)
6. CHKDSK my disk
7. Eject my Harddisk and Import it again
After all that progress i've been done, the error still the same

Question/Help
What should I do now to fix that? Please write it in detail so i can try that. because i don't want to completely lose all my Dota 2 game and Download it from start again.

My PC and my Friend's PC are using the same Windows 10 64-bit

similar problem, it gets to 7.8 G, then 200 megas just disappear so it says 7.6G, then after it's done installing it realizes that it's missing those 200m so it says some random file is corrupted or the game can't read it, it's completely arbitrary I've tried EVERYTHING, pls send help.

how many DLC did you install??????

try unticking all the DLC except for "premium dlc" and "reborn beta".

if not, do a full clean reinstallation.

1) uninstall dota 2

2) restart computer

3) go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the dota 2 folder if still there

4) log in to steam and install the game

last but not least, do not do anything that interferes with the download and installation of dota 2.

doing so might cause problems.

I only have the compatibility with OpenGL thing checked, and when the game did worked i had all the dlc no problem.

you can only choose either OpenGL DLC or vulkan DLC.

you can't have both as it will conflict with each other.

if you using laptop, don't install OpenGL dlc as it is not compatible with laptops yet.

also, it is highly not recommended to go change the compatibility settings for any steam games.

Well, i did have both at one point, and the game worked well, then i realized i didn't need vulkan and i removed it, the game still worked perfectly for weeks.

Bro, i said i don't want to download it from start again. my internet suck, but if it the last thing i can do i'll do it. right now i'm trying to find other way by posting this.

Bro, i said i don't want to download it from start again. my internet suck, but if it the last thing i can do i'll do it. right now i'm trying to find other way by posting this.

this is the only solution left though.
