Dota 2 Neutral Creep camp spawn boxes not showing.

My settings are enabled for it, but when I hold down alt, nothing happens, it only displays a tiny yellow dot in one of the corners, this happended after switching computers back to an old one that has been factory reseted, before the reset, it worked, now it seems to not work at all, is there anything I have to update for the graphics to properly display?

Other problems included Blood Rite being splotchy and no longer showing the full effect, and wall of replica being nearly invisible.

I got a new computer and it's fixed now, I had no clue what the problem was on the previous one.
All I know is the previous one I used had a factory reset.

I have the exact same problem when I installed windows 7 again(I used windows 8 and everything was fine on that os),also some abilities are horribly less detailed and the tower attack range and spawn boxes not showing properly is affecting my game.If anyone knows the fix pls let me know ty.

yeah my pc struggles at mid or high settings and I only hit 60+ fps with low settings.
btw when I used windows 8 I used low settings and still got clear details in spawn boxes,tower range and every abilities were well showed.
