No the images are barely 25x25 there is no real way to enlarge those without them pixelating. Even photoshop/illustrator will pixelate at those sizes.
Maybe if you are lucky you can find some in an image library online that are a little bit bigger then clean them up after you enlarge them in Photoshop. You could also enlarge them then recreate them in photoshop to clean them up.

Dude its a game, are you completely new with digital graphics arts or something? They would only need to enlarge them if say they were doing a summit and wanted a large presentation for a stand. But then they are the creators so they can take the rough artwork and do as they please.
Just enlarge, do a mask outline of the object, then clean the outlines up and fill in the colors thats the best you can do man.
Even on that link i gave you if you right-click the item and open in new window you can already see when they enlarged it just a little bit its alreasy getting blurry, so imagine what will happen when you try and go 4 to 6 inches, their enlargement didnt even make it to an inch yet and already blurry.
