I've been playing for YEARS and this is a new issue to me. I experienced this yesterday and i was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my Hero 22 Winning Streak is broken for ♥♥♥♥ sake and not just that i also received -25 mmr/5 reports/5 low-priority games.
I already submitted a ticket and there seems to be no compensation for Steam Error.
