Steam Overlay cannot be raised.
Anyone else having this issue? I can't buy things in game without this. :(

raised? or you mean when you press SHIFT+TAB it does not appear?

The purchase cannot be completed because the Steam Overlay cannot be raised. In order to purchase, you must enable the Steam Overlay in your Steam settings if you have it disabled. If the overlay is already enabled but is not working, then please see this support FAQ for help https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9394-yofv-0014.

I have it enabled both in steam and in the app itself. It is a bug that needs to be fixed.

-vulkan to the commandline for the game and it works now...
