Hero Loadout doesn't save or show full sets

I have some sets that I have recieved in Treasures that are complete but in the Hero Loadout screen they don't appear and I have to equip the full set item by item. Even more, I have a set of death prophet that appears as complete but when I "equip the full set" option not all items of the set are equipped.

Why does this happen? Any ideas?

Same. After I've unbundled the items i recieved, Dota asked me something like "you want to unbundle? in order to use items you must unbundle the package" so I did it. Still, as I got two complete sets for two heroes from bundles they do not appear in hero loadout. I found the okayish solution - when you right click on new item you have an option like "Equip full set", then you can save new set with whatever name you want. Why it doesn't work in appropriate way idk.
