can u gift collector cache ?

so i dont have steam wallet, my brother does (different steam account)
i want to open collector cache from my account
so if i buy collector cache from my brother account, can i gift it ?
or i have to wait 1 week ?

If you've been friends for like a year, you should be able to gift. You can also gift if you both have authenticators on both accounts and friends for at least 30 days.

You cannot gift opened ones, only bundles and only gifted once. And yeah, you don't need to wait one week as long as you were friends for a year, or 30 days with mobile authenicator.

the cache

The cache itself cannot be gifted, it even says so on it's tag.

i remember it clearly doomsday ripper pudge set that i gifted as a bundle to a friend he could regift it to someone else.

the 2020 sets could be regifted and maybe that set you talking about but those are the only exceptions
