Are the Exclusive Io Arcana and REEF'S EDGE TERRAIN Giftable ???????

I bought Battle pass and my battle pass level is now 31. I like the the new Terrain and the IO arcana. But if i change my account will i able to shift this Arcana and Terrain to my new account? Io Arcana and REEF'S EDGE TERRAIN are not marketbale and tradeable. If i level up my battle pass it will cost 89 dollar. With that money i can buy 2 arcana or Slark Ultra rare immortal. So i need to now if its gitable or not or it will be a waste of money for me if i change my account( even though these thing are Exclusive) .

Because of the MMR system in Dota 2. In Dota 2 MMR system is broken. Even u play better they give u worst player in the world and u lose eventually and ur mmr almost same (i play in Sea server). I was 1k mmr player 10 month ago and it took me almost 7 month to reach 2k mmr.Then i leave my old account and create new one and in my new account after TBD i get 2.7k mmr then i reach 3k after 3 month and now my mmr is 2.5 mmr. So when i will reach 3.5k in this account i will leave this account and create a new one

The word ''exclusive'' should be enough. As in something thats specially tied in this example to an event only.

I know these are exclusive Item and i am intend to buy Battle pass level because of these item. Dota 2 developer make this item not tradeable and marketable to prevent some people to do business i have no problem with that but they should add the gift option cause people like me who wants to boost mmr and try to go to upper Tier like 4k to 5k we have to change our account after we develope certain skill and knowledge. If u play DOta 2 u know u cant go boost 3k mmr to 5k mmr it will take years(1 to 3 years just to go to 4k in sea server) to get there.Even u reach 4k u will lose mmr and fall into 3.5 to 3.6 in a loop where will u stuck for another 6 to 5 month.Why would i waste my time(6 month to 2 year) in my old account when i can jump to 4k if i create a new account.Because of an IO arcana or TERRAIN ???? i am not going to buy any international BP untill i reach 4k or get a permanent account. As far as i can see lots of player like me will stop buying BP and stop buying Bp level soon when they realise its meaning less to play in there old account with noobs and trap in a loop again and again and they need new account and they cant transfer there favourite or "Exclusive" item in there new account.Dota 2 developer should fix the MMR system or add a gift option in these "exclusive" item

I dont play ranked so i dont care. Lately played few matches but thats it. I couldnt care less about mmr and i play game for enjoyment, and not a number.
Your logic of changing account is flawed. Stick to 1 account and raise mmr on it if you have really improved. Making new acc is useless because you cant calibrate more than 3.5k anymore. Its been limited.
Also another flaw of yours is you wanting to gift arcana to yourself, whats the point of item thats giftable once when youll make 50 another accounts and still wont be able to have arcana.

i never said to change account continously i said when someone reach 4 k and start loosing mmr then he should change his account or he will be in a loop for another 6 month to 1 year. IN new MMR calibration system Max mmr given is 4.5. previous was 5.5k. U play for fun????
Try the lower bracket specially in sea server. You have no idea what kind of pain i go through every match. Valve give me rarely a good player. If i support my score is way better then my mid or carry and i spent almost 2k money on ward or dust guess what nobody buy these even opponent is invi or has shadow blade. in all game either my mid fail or my carry fail. I mostly play support hero and 3 carry hero
if u ever have fun in sea server (solo) comment here the match ID i will see that match. play atleast 4 match continously pls

You are misssing the point here. As you play you get better. More games=>better knowledge of the game. So with your first account that you started you were still learning game mechanics, hero interactions etc. As a result you calibrated lower since you had bunch of games where you played horribly. Then you climbed to 2k. That means if you make a new account you will lose no longer have those horrible games as you did on your first account, since after all you have improved.

That way you calibrate at 2k+- few hundreds since 2k is your skill.

So there is actually no point in changing accounts, in the time you need to get to ranked you would have climbed the ladder the same way on your old account.

Also MMR calibration is capped at 3,5k so there is really no point in starting a new account once you hit that mark.
