Yeah it requires it to be past day 21.... I think I can get Yesod and maybe Malkuths surpression done.
But other things that could help:
-Do other cores first so that those departments are meltdown-immune.
-On that note, did you ever notice how the department that has a Core supression active never ever has meltdowns? (Since there isn't any staff in that department to deal with it.) So, that may come in handy.
-Try to maximise energy profit early on while your stats aren't being reduced yet. Squeeze as much energy out of abnormalities as possible while triggering as little meltdowns as possible to reach your energy quota.
-Maybe you have a an easy to work on HE level abnormality such as Laetita for good, yet easy energy? (HE level abnormalities definitely seem good in energy and lenient to work on.) It can definitely help in the later stages of this (and other core's) supression.
-Try to REALLY beef up an employee or two with extensive training, they'll come in handy for when a WAW/ALEPH has a meltdown, and they can work on WAW's fairly well and still get reasonable energy.
-The stat drain gets worse per meltdown, so be as effecient in energy production as you can without putting employees in unneccesary danger.
-You can beat a meltdown with (notable, if not massive) casualties, and regain those lost employees by selecting the option to go back to memory repository. It loads a earlier checkpoint. (It makes a checkpoint every 5 days, on day 1, 6, 11, 16, etc.) Just keep in mind employees may be restored, but gear remains lost this way.
(Interesting note, the memory repository option immediately saves the game as-is and then loads the checkpoint, this means that lost gear due to dead employees remains lost (unlike retry), but newly created gear or abnormality info, etc, remains obtained/unlocked. Oh, and (re)starting on day 1 and loading a memory repository both retain your core supression/mission progress too if you didn't know, so, those stay beaten/finished if you did them.)
It is tool abnormality with "Yes"/"No".
