how do i play my maps??????

i have seen this one post, that someone like me couldn't fiend out how to run the maps you have made. but i dont think i understand the instructions. can someone pleas help me :)

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you simply need to place the map file in your game folder and then open the command console from within the game:

[Shift]+[~]

and then issue the following command:

map mapname.map

[dwtietz]

One thing I am not 100% certain on is whether the map file goes directly into the game folder, or if you should make a new sub-folder here named "maps" and place the map file inside of here.

Yeah, they've should make it easier, like main menu option to load up custom maps.

While Duke3D has that custom map option, no idea if it'll be added to Ion Fury.

The game uses a maps folder in the grp. Its intentionally set up to not clutter up the main game folder.
