Is it literally just luck? In 1000+ hours now I have had ONE that somehow got to level 19 before kicking the bucket and required an absurd amount of gems to revive. Most I can barely get passed lvl10. Also to any veteran of this, whats the best way to make zone progress? I'm at 8500 currently and I feel absolutely stuck there. Any tips appreciated :)...
