yeah but a older build of the game that used the older engine would work.
they keep all the builds so i don't see why they can't
so have an executable of the game that doesn't use EAC.

the devs are lazy. lets face it, this could be so easily done but they wont.
Then why did so many map makers leave? where did like, a 3rd of the community go after the update that killed workshop maps?
For me it was mandatory to port "Dog Green Sector" to the new version and now it looks even better and has more features included compared with the old version.
