The game always uses openXR...
Use oculus as the default openXR for oculus headsets
Im trying to do this as well but the button is just grayed out and wont let me change it. (Im using a quest 3 with a link cable)
That generally means it is already set to oculus as the runtime. Its possible the openXR files are outdated. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling oculus software, and it can sometimes fix it.
