Game shaking

I have an oculus quest 1 and use it with steam vr but its lagging and the ui keeps shaking for pavlov

Use oculus as the default openXR for oculus headsets

Go into the oculus app on your PC, and it should be under settings in that app. Its been a while since i've personally had to do it. Its like the first tab and says something like "switch openXR runtime to Oculus". After that, just launch the game and it should work perfectly fine.

Im trying to do this as well but the button is just grayed out and wont let me change it. (Im using a quest 3 with a link cable)

That generally means it is already set to oculus as the runtime. Its possible the openXR files are outdated. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling oculus software, and it can sometimes fix it.
