Headset stuck loading pavlov
Not sure why but I go to get on Pavlov with Steam vr and it sits and loads forever and then it loads out of vr and just doesn't work, I've done everything, Reinstalling it, Updating it, removing and adding Steam VR again but nothing could I get a little help?

Install OpenXR manually from GitHub, MS store or OpenXR toolkit.

check your main monitor after starting Pavlov. i had a similar situation i would load into Pavlov while in my headset and did not notice my PC was asking for admin privileges. so it just sat there in the loading screen .

EDIT: I changed from 120Hz refresh rate in my oculus control panel back to 72Hz and the game launched fine again. Maybe that was it?

Same. Quest 2 via Virtual Desktop to Steam VR. Was working fine yesterday. Go to launch it says loading game, goes to a black screen, then just closes. Tried launching via steam vr menu and from the steam library.

I had the same problem. Here is the solution:
1- Open Oculus app on your PC.
2- Click settings-general
3- On OpenXR Runtime click on Set Oculus as active.

Launch the game and it shall work with no problems.
