Hello everyone. I got the game and have a Vive Cosmos Elite. The game will not start for me at all it won't pass the EasyAntiCheat window and wouldn't launch. I referred to the troubleshooting guide and followed through every relevant point to me. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the game AND Vive's software too. Still no luck here. Any thoughts would be really appreciated guys.
My specs are RTX 3070, Ryzen 5800x and 16gb 3200 RAM, no overclocking or performance enhancing software.

If you still can you're better off refunding the game. It's too late for me unfortunately. I have the exact same problem and I've tried everything recommended. People just ignore you after you tried the standard solutions with no luck.

yeah, SAME. I have Vive Cosmos and same problem. The only thing that helped me is install a beta version of the game but there's dead servers

Are the binding names different than before installing the beta version? If so, try publishing them as your own bindings, switch back to non beta then load them up as your bindings. Maybe that works, just a thought.

Hey guys, I guess i find out how to fix pavlov, had the same problem and game won't launch at all. Main thing thats annoys me is that there's no errors when game just doesn't launch. So go to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PavlovVR there's be "Pavlov" with anti-cheat logo launch this and if the game doesn’t start anyway, it will show the error that will make it known what the problem was. In my example i have the "Untrusted dll. file" in my VIVE driver so i just delete this file cuz when anti-cheat sees untrusted file it means that file is corrupted or some shi. So that's it i believe this will help you guys

I followed these instructions and launched "Pavlov.exe" with anti-cheat logo on explorer,
In my case,
I got the error message "aristo_interface.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVE\Updater\App\ViveVRRuntime\ViveVR_openxr\ViveOpenXRHandTracking is not trusted". I got the error message ......,
I tried moving the aristo_interface.dll file to the desktop and then started the "Pavlov" with anti-cheat logo again.

Then Palvov VR started up, and on the way to the title being displayed, it said that I needed to give permission to run "vive super reality sr runtime", so I gave it permission and started Palvov VR again, waited a while, and finally got the "Pavlov" with anti-cheat logo. I finally got ...... to play Pavlov VR.

I am still having this issue, it hangs on Waiting for game... I tried the method above, which doesn't tell me the error unfortunately. Is there any other solution? I've uninstalled reinstalled cleared download cache tried launching Pavlov and see what the error is, I reinstalled oculus, nothing is enabled on startup and after the splash screen goes away it just runs in the background. I have an i7 11th gen with a 1080, 32gb of ram i dunno how to fix it

No issue on Vive Pro here. Just using SteamVR, no vive console or any of that unnecessary HTC crap.

Hello, I had the same problem a while back and I was stuck on it for a long time, I followed everyone's troubleshooting methods but they didn't work. But I found a solution, It seems like unreal engine is crashing on launch which 99% of the time is related to graphics card drivers, I have an AMD GPU (RX 7900 XTX) and I used AMD Clean-up Utility which un-installed all GPU drivers. I then re-installed the latest drivers and Pavlov worked again, I'd assume Nvidia have a similar tool which you can use to uninstall drivers. (manually uninstalling drivers usually doesn't work and it's better to use a driver uninstalling tool)
