How is there cheating in a vr game?

I'm not new to pavlov or vr, but i dont think ive ever ran into a cheater before along with other games such as apex, csgo, pubg, so its probably a region thing but how do you cheat in vr? like i understand how aimbot and movement cheats work in normal games but even in normal games i dont see that happen. but it confuses me how you're able to cheat in vr, like what do they use and how does it even work?

you didnt read my paragraph right i never said that i bumped into people with hacks, i was reading other peoples complaints about hacks and grew curious as to how hacking even works in VR i am aware there are people better at the game than me as there are people better at the game than you i said nothing about myself experiencing cheaters i was asking how people bump into them, and half the time im the one getting votekicked due to my aim only because im better not the other way around. I was only asking how hacking works in VR not how there is cheaters im matching with because i never match with cheaters i watch videos on cheaters with speed hacks or glitches and whatnot.

one thing i never understood is why do people not know you can shoot through objects? has nobody played call of duty's tutorial on thin walls and objects being shoot-throughable?
and cmon its just common sense that youd be able to shoot through clay walls or thin metal sheets or trees
