Some maps that are made by the community can have poor optimization. (Changing graphic settings in game does not improve this either low or ultra)
GTX 1060 3gb is a little low for VR. I had the RX 480 4GB and still had FPS drop, had to upgrade to 8gb for VR purposes.
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Processor: Quad Core 3 Ghz+
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 970
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 16 GB available space
So, looking at this...you already don't meet the required graphics card. A 970 is about the same as a 1060 but the catch is...1000 series have lower power than 900 series. Maybe this is the cause? I also would never run a 970 either way as it is the minimum and knowing pavlov...they likely have never touched these requirements since release so all the updates over time have likely changed things to need more specs at minimum. The way I see "Minimum" is solo play only. Once you go online...*POOF* specs need to be doubled.
Overall, stop being a prude and deal with it. I'm done here.
