Horrible lag after recent update.
Vive, Win 10, AMD FX 8320, GTX 1070.

After the most recent update the game studders and lags where before it was smooth. Makes me nauseous to the point where it's unplayable.

Does this happens with bots too or on an empty server?

Seems to happen on everything. Even the menu area is laggy.

someone else also reported this on reddit and lag was occurring everywhere, not just in pavlov. i have not had the issue yet cause i have delayed the creator update

I get lag in every game. Bots are fine, but when I go online the lag is unbearable.

If you have Avast! anti virus try turning off gaming mode. That fixed it for me.

I'm also lagging all the time and i never use to,as been happening since last updates (firmware)
any one with a solution for this?

Disable avast if you can. Also run a speed test and post the results.
