Pumping the Spas-12: Am I just an idiot?
I've pressed every button on my Valve Index controllers and I can't rack the slide back. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've pushed B, A, The trigger, the fingerpad, every single finger, and even the thumbstick, and it won't rack the slide back.

What am I doing wrong? How to I pump the shotgun using the valve index?

ok so i just figured this out today so i was with you here on this. if you tilt the gun to the left so the right side faces up, you will see the bolt. pull it back once and load the first shot, then pull it again to chamber and continue loading the gun. You don't have to pump it bc it is semi auto. It is sorta like the AA12's action system mixed with the chambering of the pump shotgun.

YO WHAT THE H E C K. I cannot believe that. Well what about other guns? I have problems with the trench gun too, or whatever it is. I think I pulled the trench gun back once, but I couldn't push it forward

If the trench gun doesn't push forward, it means it's empty. Put a new round in, then push the pump forward to chamber it. After that, you can load in 6 more shells and then you're topped off.

If you need help reloading any gun in pavlov, the quickest way is probably just searching it up online, since they all are real life weapons.

although they aren't carbon copies, they give you a rough idea.

Way too many people in the game that dont realize a m249 is a belt fed gun.

The Spas-12 in real life is both a pump-action shotgun and a semi-automatic shotgun. Police and SWAT agencies will often opt for having both fire capabilities in the same weapon because less-than-lethal rounds like rubber slugs can be used for crowd control and lethal buckshot rounds can be used against an armed force (robbers, gang members, etc)

Buckshot rounds can be used in the semi-automatic firing mode since the pressure will cycle the next shell.

Rubber Slug rounds cannot cycle the action, forcing the user to pump the shotgun.

So yes, the furniture on the Spas-12 should absolutely cycle the action.

And my F350 can drive in 2 wheel drive, but it's still called a 4x4.

My point was that the SPAS-12 should cycle using the pump and not the slide.

Your truck normally drives with 2 wheels to save gas, but when you need to, it will convert into 4WD.

The SPAS-12 normally cycles semi-automatically using the blowback of the shell, but when you need it to, it will convert into a pump-action shotgun in the case that the blowback of the shell is not enough to cycle the action.

The truck is capable of doing both but is generally called a 4x4. Just as the shotgun is capable of doing both but is generally called a semi-auto shotgun.
