WMR Controller "Hold To Grip" Option (like Oculus Touch)?
I want to hold to grip items with my Lenovo Explorer WMR (like you can with Oculus Touch), but the game has no way to change this from "Toggle" to grip. I have tried various button combinations in Steam VR Controller Mapping, but nothing works. Having to press grip to grab an item, then pressing again to let go is far from immersive for me, and I cannot seem to get the timing down with grenades. Does anyone have a work around for this?

With those clunky controllers your hands would get super tired if you tried to play this game for a long time like that (it was a thing a long time ago but it broke in an update, it really isn't a good way to play). Trigger throws grenades, not grip. Grip is for cooking grenades.

Controls will be getting updated at some point

You must have some issues with your hands? Maybe they are small or weak but as a healthy normal person I don't understand your point. Holding down the grip in other games is just fine.

You can be an insulting little a**hole or you can listen to the person with over 600 hours in this game. Your choice.

600 hours using WMR controllers? Not sure what time played has to do with the physical issues you must have with your hands if they get super tired holding buttons.

Well, my hands don't get tired as it is, even though I also have a VR gunstock. I play a ton of Beat Saber and if that game doesn't tire my hands (shoulders are a different story) Pavlov has no chance. Tired hands are no concern of mine.

You shouldn't be so eager to wear your body out

The whole point I made was that a WMR controller DOESNT wear out my hands (I feel ridiculous explaining this). Regardless, I hope the option for a hold to grip comes out soon enough.
