Gun keeps dropping out of hands

So I'm having an interesting issue today. Recent problem, just started about 2 hours ago. My gun keeps falling out of my hand during reload.

I use my main hand to reload with offhand holding gun. Right handed firing stance. I'm using Vive controllers but I tested those first by trying a different game that had a lot of grip button activity and tried switching hands with Pavlov's in-game option. Controllers worked just fine in other games and switching hands did not matter.

I went to the practice range just to make sure i'm not accidentally hitting grip during an active fight and was able to repeat the issue there. It was most noticeable with the AK-47 and seems like when I bring a new magazine back, or sometimes when I even try to regrip my main hand back on the gun, the gun will fall out of my hands and onto the floor. Only once did it happen when I was interacting with the slide. I've had this happen with the AK-47, kar98, and AK-74u.

I've also seemed to have issues with pulling the pin from the grenade today. Haven't had this issue in the past either. (I remember reading that the grenade pin is a known bug so I'm not too worried about that. Just seemed interesting that both issues seemed to happen at the same time)

Anyone else have this issue? Is there something that I'm missing that I haven't tested? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

edit: I almost forgot. After this happens and I die and respawn. No matter what was in my hand prior to the death, I would respawn with no gun and a magazine in my right hand. This happened every single time I lost a weapon during reload.

Switch weapons around a lot and you can get it to fix, but you need a second weapon to do it. Put them in and out of your holsters

Good to know, seems like the issue cleared up when I played a little this morning, but I'll keep that in mind for the future. I assume by needing a second weapon, you're specifically talking about weapons of the same type, correct? aka this fix wouldn't work if I holstered my rifle and swapped to pistol and repeated those actions?

As long as it goes in your back holster. Sometimes the pistols work, but a weapon that goes in the holster works too. Bomb can help, but it can also get stuck on your back... Hopefully a lot of this goes away with the next update

Ah, thank goodness! I was losing my ♥♥♥♥ the other day on stream cause I thought it was something on my end. Glad to hear it's a known problem. Now I won't freak out the next time it happens.
