I also can't confirm any drop in the Playerbase. It's pretty stable.
People payed money for this game. At bare minimum you have to try and make it playable for them.
however, now i can GUARANTEE that i will run into this problem when i play later on after posting this comment, and not only that i will run into it, but that i will run into it at least 3 times or more.
it's basically making it unplayable.
when is the next planned update?
because sometimes that just how game deving works right? you have to fix something that makes your game not work... then you try your best not to break it with the next update...especially if you have several months between updates. this bug has been happening for like.. what 4 or 5 months now? i'd say it would have been worth pushing an update before now...
if there was a game breaking bug that literally prevented people from holding a gun, you wouldn't tell us to wait because there's an update coming in 6 months right?
granted this isn't as game breaking... but it's pretty damn close, especially considering how many games are open to join these days.
maybe your stats are saying there's no drop in playerbase, but i know that i'm not seeing all the games that are actually open, and for the ones that i do see, it's MUCH harder to find any games that i can play. 70% TTT, 15% s&d, 14% locked games. i'm talking literally one or two games that are TDM, DM, or gun game... you join one of those with only 4 or 5 players, the lobby fills up as you play...great full game for the next round. NOPE server bug... this happens without fail multiple times, every time i play, no exaggeration.
sorry but the game is broken.
dev teams are large because there's different parts of the team working on different problems, they don't just go all in on an update and let the game not function for 5-6 months. inevitably some team mates will have to stay behind and hold down the fort... but that's not what's happening here, and the fort is deteriorating quickly.
update: yep...first lobby i joined. one game with 5 people, played for about 2 mins, one full length game which only filled up half way through, then upon starting a match with a full lobby, server bug.
