Report a translation problem
Maybe you two didn't get the problem, but in another thread multiple users reported the same problem from WMR/Vive/Oculus.

I know it's very hard for that not to sound rude, but I genuinely didn't mean to be. It wasn't about what you actually said or what I thought of your feedback, but how you talked about the developer.
"So I was like ok, that's not a hard fix and a small bug. Then I went to try making a server next. I get the "finding server" message on screen until I give up. Pretty sure I tried joining a server and the same thing "finding server". I'll try it again tonight. Hopefully at least the servers are working. Kind of annoyed because Dave isn't one to roll-out half-baked updates. I don't understand how an update could get put out and it couldn't even be used last night much. That's not his style.
I'll try again tonight. I wouldn't refund. He'll fix it. He's not going to abandon it. I'm just disappointed that it was hyped up and came broken. But the server issue could have been on steams side. So I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt on that one."
Somehow that made me think of a nervous, clingy GF trying to explain away her BF not texting back immediately. I don't think of you as lesser in any way despite how unflattering that sounds... it was just such a unique connection in my eyes, I just had to express it.
And I made an edit in the thread I linked, the issue used to be that, now it's evolved into what I described here. I appear at the main menu and the controller is stuck in the ground and I can't interact with anything. Buttons do nothing.
Also, you said the thread was about Vive cosmos? There are comments saying oculus, original vive and WMR share the problem. Can you link the fix please? I have no idea what to specify.
Well, you can't interact with the menu if your hands are in the floor. But I'll edit the post to better reflect that.
And even if you don't believe me, I'm not agitated and I didn't mean that to insult you. It's just, somehow I got the impression that you might be emotionally tense about it, and I thought maybe the comparison could help you somehow.
Can you please help me find the fix?
my WMR controlls are stuck to the floor and I'm unable to change the bindings
keep getting a message stating the "file path for Action Manifest" could not be found
I figured it might be the original controller binding I was using has become useless but I'm unable to change the controls back to the original legacy bindings
i dont have issues with my other games though, its just pavlov
So basically this error happens when you install your steam games in a different folder than the original path.
To get the error message launch Pavlov then go into the steam menu in VR and the the settings tab. There I got the error message saying it can't find the action manifest in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PavlovVR\Pavlov\Config\SteamVRBindings\steamvr_manifest.json"
Pavlov is probably looking for that file in that location but it does not exist as I installed my games in a different folder.
The fix for it is to create that specific path and copy over all the files in the original SteamVRBindings folder in your Pavlov folder to the newly created folder.
That fixed the issue for me.
Hope it works for you too.
