How to get out Firing Range?

Just bought the game. I start the game up and it puts me in the firing range without any way out. No menus. No server lists. Just a firing range and a wall full of weapons. No escape from this room. Where the hell is the main menu to join a server or hell, just be able to play the game outside of that small confined room. 45 minutes of firing range and now im pissed off.

You should get a notification after a short time, telling you how to bring up the main menu. For the steam index controller, it is Triggere + A on your left controller.

I did do that and all I see is a screen with a dismiss button and a change log. No other other buttons or options shown.

Left trigger + Y on the Rift S controllers I think.

The first time you load the game it gives you patch notes. Just clcik dismiiss and do the Trigger + A for index, Trigger + Y for oculus, or [idk ask someone for vive idk what it is]
