Also I just wouldnt want this to be the sort of game where people start popping out of thin air next to their buddies mid gunfight.
it could work if it's only possible when not in a gunfight I guess.
I was thinking about this more today, about how it could work.. I suggest:
IF YOU CHOOSE THE BUDDY SPAWN OPTION.... IF YOU DIE... THEN YOU AND YOUR BUDDY BOTH SPAWN AT A RANDOM LOCATION, EXACTLY AS THE GAME WORKS NOW... possibly after a short delay, i.e. 10 seconds... which gives the non-killed guy 10 seconds to kill whoever just killed his buddy... but then he respawns as if he died.
I could see an issue with spawning next to where your alive buddy is... but this above option would be perfect.
