Malevelon Creek Cape not appearing in inventory

Hello! I saw that everyone was supposed to get a cape for malevelon creek, but unfortunately It seems like its not on my account? Have others run into this?

I have the same problem. I also haven't received 35 medals for the previous major order. Other players say to have patience because it can take a few days, but it's going to get to multiple major order rewards missed/expecting at this point.

Edit: I eventually got the cape (thank you!) but still no major order rewards, from the previous one or the one that just finished. Fingers crossed it happens eventually.

I have never seen a less competent dev team as this. XD How hard can it be to simply deliver 1 item to every single person who has the game right now. That's all they had to do.
